We want you and your pets to be happy! If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it easy:

🗓 15-Day Returns

• You have 15 days from delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

• Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

💌 How to Return

• Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

🔄 Exchanges

• Return your item first, then make a new purchase for the item you want.

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
